The objectives for my classes are:

·         Increase each student’s personal fitness level.
·         Nurture the intrinsic value of good health, fitness and personal wellness for a lifetime in each student.
·         Students will learn how to safely and effectively train, play and compete in various fitness environments individually or within small or large groups of people.
·         Students will learn how to design their own individual fitness programs as well as a basic understanding of human anatomy and physiology associated with their training programs.
·         Students will participate in and learn the basic rules of various individual, dual, and team sports, activities and games.
·         In all situations students will be asked to adhere to and live by the six pillars of character; Trustworthiness, Respect, Responsibility, Fairness, Caring, and Citizenship.
